Alphaville Graciosa Golf Club is a beautiful and fun to play par 72 course. Integrated within the Alphaville Graciosa condominium in Curitiba, the golf course opened in 2001. The course is dramatically shaped, has a wide variety of golf holes, and has a rare routing balance of six par threes, six par fours, and six par fives. This unique routing made it possible to fit the entire golf course in an area of less than 600,000m2. The challenging and beautiful Buzios Golf Club is par 72, measures 7100 yards from the pro tees, has five tees per hole, and was opened in July of 1996. Campo Alto Golf Course is a private course developed for Sr. Rubens Ometto de Mello three miles outside of Araras, Sao Paulo. The course was executed in 2003 and is a par 72 with a twist. The course has nine greens but 18 different teeing areas, making the two nines play very different. For example the first hole is a par 5 and the tenth hole is a par 4 that plays from a different angle. The signature hole(s) are the par threes 6 th and 15 th which play down hill to a double green with the 15 th being an island green. ItÆs too bad that this is a super private course, because playing golf there is a unique and enjoyable experience.

Comandatuba Ocean Course is a unique golfing experience. Located in Bahia, on a coastal island, the course is the principal attraction for Hotel Transamerica. This par 72 course was routed through an eighty year old coconut plantation and has several holes that arrive at the beach. The course was executed in fifteen months and opened for play in September 2000. This resort course has wide generous fairways, extensive waste bunkers on every hole, ten lakes, four sets of tees, one for a golfer of every skill level, and a wonderful practice area. This wonderful course has also received critical acclaim by being named the number one course in Brasil by Golf Digest in the November 2003 issue. This course is a must play for anyone wanting a memorable golfing experience in Brasil.

Goiania Golf Residence is located four miles outside of Goiania, Goias and is presently under construction. Slated to open in August of 2006, this par 72 course measures over 7100 yards and is the primary anchor for the condominium project. The course is routed over the soft rolling hills common to the region and has many beautiful trees and wooded areas to go with the dramatically shaped golf course. Because golf is very new to this part of the country, much attention was given to the practice area that is second to none.

Alphaville Maringa Golf Club is located thirteen miles north of Maringa in the state of Parana. Built on a beautiful farm owned by the Ivantes family, this par 72 course is the anchor attraction for the Alphaville Maringa condominium. This course has wonderful shaping, interesting and challenging greens, tees for golfers of every skill level, beautiful lakes, and a wide variety of challenging golf holes. Quinta da Baroneza Golf Club is the primary anchor for the very successful Quinta da Baroneza condominium project located four miles north of Itatiba, Sao Paulo, 45 minutes from the city of Sao Paulo. Because the area reserved for the golf course was limited, the driving range is the large lake at the base of the project. Golf practice using floating golf balls that are collected with a boat and nets. The golf course was executed is 1997-98.

Terravista Golf Course is located just north of Trancoso, Bahia and is a wonderful mix of two very different nines. The front nine winds through the native Atlantic rain forest that covers the region and the back nine plays along the 150 foot high red cliffs unique to this part of Brasil. Vista Verde Golf Course is located less than a half hour outside the city of Sao Paulo on Highway Costello Branco ( White Castle). This dramatic mountain course is the anchor for Vista Verde Condominium. The golf course is a par 72 of over 7000 yards, and is scheduled to open in early 2006. This course will be open to the public, which is a rare idea in Brasil, but will also prove to be very good business. The course has spectacular views, huge elevation changes on several holes, dramatic shaping, home lots hanging beautifully above the fairways, and when opened, the 17 th hole will be the longest par five in Brasil, at over 660 yards.
